1. Guarantee.

All reservations are guaranteed by a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost.

2. Cancellation Policy.

The cancellation notice required in order not to incur any charge is 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged as follows :

21 to 29 days – 30% of the accommodation cost.

11 to 20 days – 50% of the accommodation cost.

Within 10 days – 100% of the accommodation cost.

Non – arrival of the guests, with no notification, will result in a charge of 100% of the total reservation cost, including any additional requirements ordered at the time of booking.

Any verbal or telephone cancellation is subject to written confirmation. For the verbal cancellation to take effect the written confirmation should include explicit reference to the date of the verbal cancellation.

3. Arrival and departure times.

Romms are available on arrival from 17.00.

Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am on the morning of departure.
