Le Paradis

Here, in the Cognac Area,
we call « The paradise » an obscure cellar, usually kept away from other cellars and where the oldest eaux-de-vie stay.

Once they have reached their maturity, the cellar master decides to end their aging and proceeds to transfer them to glass carboys called « Dame-Jeanne, » in which they can stay away from the air for many decades without further changes.

Renovated room in 2013 in shades of gray and white, on the ground floor.

The 35 m2 comprises a bedroom with large double bed 160 cm, a dressing room.

A shower-room and separate toilet.

Independant entrance.

This room offers a beautiful view on the Charente.
